Sheep Performa is Counterpoint Stockfeeds’ range of feeds for lambs, ewes and breeding sheep. The range includes complete pellets, grain mixes, concentrates and additive pellets for intensive feeding, supplementary feeding and pasture-based production systems.
Our sheep feeds are manufactured in Barham, NSW, for producers across the Murray Valley Goulburn Valley, Wimmera, Mallee, Riverina, Southern NSW and Northern Victoria.
Products are available for lamb feedlotting, lamb growth and finishing, ewe nutrition, lamb creep feeding, stud sheep preparation, grain-balancing programs and grass-fed production systems.
Antibiotic-free options are available across selected parts of the range.

Lamb feedlotting and finishing
Sheep Performa feedlot products are designed for intensive lamb-feeding programs where consistent intake, growth and feed conversion are important.
The range includes complete feedlot pellets, seasonal options and concentrates that can be mixed with cereal grains and suitable protein sources on farm.
Different products are available to suit lamb introduction, growing and finishing programs.

Barley Exchange Program
Our Barley Exchange program also allows eligible customers to exchange barley for a balanced manufactured pellet.

Ewe and lamb feeding
The nutritional requirements of ewes increase substantially during late pregnancy and lactation. Sheep Performa ewe feeds are designed to complement pasture, hay and other forage sources while helping provide additional energy, protein, minerals and vitamins.
They may be used to support ewe condition, colostrum and milk production, lamb survival, lamb growth and preparation for the following joining period.
Feeding rates and product selection should be based on ewe condition, stage of pregnancy, number of lambs carried, pasture availability and forage quality.

Lamb creep feeding
Sheep Performa Lamb Creep Pellet is designed to encourage early feed intake by young lambs and support growth before and after weaning.
Creep feeding may be useful where pasture quality or availability is limiting, where earlier weaning is required, or where producers are targeting higher lamb growth rates.
The creep-feeding system should allow lambs easy access to fresh feed while restricting access by adult sheep.
